Selecting Heel Thickness

The insoles come with a choice of 2 different heel thicknesses - the standard fit which has and 11mm thick heel, and the slim fit which has a 7mm heel.

11mm Standard Fit - what most customers prefer as they provide the most cushion and support. Recommended for people with heels spurs, heel pain, arch area pain, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, fallen arches, pronation or anyone just seeking extra cushion & comfort.

7mm Slim Fit - recommended for smaller feet, less roomy shoes, people with ball-of-the foot problems.

If you are unsure then please just contact us and we will be glad to help you choose the right insole for you. At very worst you can always exchange the insoles later if you open them and find that they are the wrong fit.

The size chart below is for you to use as a guide if you are unsure about UK sizes. Please be aware though that the chart may not be 100% accurate as all feet are different.

They do mould very well and the extra pieces are a great idea I do use them and it's easy. an instant improvement on 'stance' ,less impact and more stamina at work and play. I like extreme, hiking, paint balling and work bloody long hours, these really relive a lot of problems. I wear a lot of different shoes so have ordered 10 pairs to save on postage and avoid the need to swap around at this price it is worth it.
